This is an individual contributor role reporting into the FP&A Head, sitting alongside our Commercial Finance Manager. You'll support the financial narrative across our portfolio — helping to evaluate strategic decisions, understand product economics, and translate data into clear, actionable insight.
This is a role for someone who wants to grow quickly. You'll contribute meaningfully from day one whilst building towards greater ownership over time. We want someone with genuine curiosity for how businesses work — comfortable with numbers and with people, developing into a commercially rounded finance professional.
Support financial analysis underpinning key strategic decisions — new market entries, product launches, pricing strategy and commercial partnerships. Build towards independent ownership of model components, developing your grasp of competitive dynamics, unit economics and growth drivers.
Assist in evaluating product-level profitability across lending, cards, savings, BNPL and payments. Analyse customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, payback periods and other key unit economics — and help develop forward-looking views on market opportunity and strategic sustainability.
Work closely with local finance teams and product managers to align financial modelling with on-the-ground realities. Bring analytical rigour and a commercial perspective to product and growth conversations, with exposure to senior stakeholders as you develop.
Five stages. We keep it straightforward and move quickly.
